We use a premium CDN (Content Delivery Network) that is used by major Fortune 500 companies and as mentioned before we test regularly - I just tested from multiple remote locations with very high speeds. Yes, download speed is very unsatisfactory. It is obvious that the problem seems to be happed on the Toontrack server side. Please check with your provider (and/or perform a traceroute on your machine) to identify where the problem is between you and the IK servers. The ISP I use shows almost 1Gbps/sec in max and averages about 200Mbps but the download manager says only it downloads only 1.6Mb/s is extremely slow. I’ve downloaded other software product from other companies and these downloads are a lot smaller and they had a bit torrent situation set up. There are very few reports of slow downloads, and we also test the downloads regularly. I am maxed out on Cox’s Broadband data plan, but Toontrack Product Manager download speeds are hovering around 1.2MB/s. ![]()
